1 What is the cancellation policy?

Our hotel requires a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date and time to receive a full refund of the deposit or to avoid any cancellation fees. If a cancellation notice is received less than 24 hours before the check-in date and time, the deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.

For non-refundable rates or special promotions, cancellations or modifications are not permitted, and the full amount of the reservation will be charged as a penalty.

In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact the hotel directly or visit our website and follow the instructions to cancel or modify your reservation. Please have your reservation confirmation number and details available when contacting us.

We offer pick and drop facilities from the airport. The prices varies for the total number of people. Please get in touch with our representative at the reception desk.
